конструктивные критики

Это нытьё(в основе своей) начавшиеся с самого запуска аниме и критики там и близко нет, тем более конструктивной.

Евжентяй, Вот. Не без деструктивности, но вполне конструктивная критика.:

Well, I think it's time for me to properly convey what I feel for this chapter, seeing as this chapter has defined the character I have intently followed for the past year or so.

Here comes one long-ass, frivolous lament to the character that brought me closer to Fairy Tail, and, by extension, mangahelpers.

First, let me get these out of the way,

Now, my thoughts:

Where do I start? Seeing August unfazed by the blow Gildarts gave him made me appreciate the guy, August, even more. I'm just a sucker for the badass old anime character trope. Chapter came out very early, I actually read it first on YouTube(Zac2uchiha, very nice video). With no spoilers to pillage my mind of the possibilities of the chapter's events and unfoldings, the only clue I had was the chapter title, compassion(already a stupid reminder as to what happens to every FT villain once the going gets tough(The FT mages become compassionate MONSTERS, ;))).

Every time Brandish hypes someone, that person is going down hard. Irene, August, the spriggan 12 in general, etc.. I can't wait for her to be like, "so August is down, huh? Well, acnologia is the most indomitable force of nature in this manga." Better yet, "god Ankhseram, the embodiment of magics' essence itself. Not even 538237 acnos could touch that."

One thing I loved about the character August portrayed was the fact that he seemed to have evry situation under control. He possessed that degree of certainty that every individual seeks in life. He seemed to be in control, to be capable of handling every scenario, the embodiment of a desire that we all share, competence. The character was just that appealing to me. As the story built up, we got developments as to his character. Hype that was surreal was dished out. EVERY. CHAPTER. HE. WAS. IN. That's saying a lot given how much the average spriggan was hyped. He had so much to offer, and , I do not know if you guys think likewise, but, he had the quality to save, redirect the connotations of negativity that the last arc seemed to uphold for a good number fo loyal, and novel, fans. EVEN if we consider the terribly rushed story-lines Mashima has pulled out ftom somewhere to spice this arc up, a single character to deliver on the hype he/she was portrayed to maintain, would have made it SO, SO, SO much more worth it for many of us, including myself.

To be honest, August delivered to some degree. This chapter solidified his position as the top of the tip of the 12(twelve). My ONLY REAL regret is August not delivering MORE of the hype he was built up to have. I know, hype is false as a determiner of things to come or occur, but MASHIMA HAS ALMOST NEVER hyped a character as much as he did this guy. He baited so many of us into thinking we'll be seeing something more from him (given the rubbish majority of spriggan fights, lusterless, formulaic, bland). He was THE magic king. Rumored to have mastered more magic than Zeref. He, himslef, stated that he mastered all magic. We got to see ONE, ONLY ONE, ancient spell.

The magic king gave us one ancient spell, recycled(copied) magic that we have ALREADY seen, and random magic blasts. The MAGIC KING.

We could have at least been given ONE chapter to see him unleash A COUPLE OF ANCIENT SPELLS HIRO. So much mystery and intrigue as to the costs, effects, necessity of mastery, conditions to mastery, of the ancient spells(deemed as taboo/ highly dangerous due to their destructive capacity to others and oneself, as shown by Ars Magia). Mashima, please, two ancient spells would have been amazing. Ars Magia was cool in its own right, but to see something else of a similar caliber would have been the cherry on top. The sad part is we'll likely never get to see another ancient spell AGAIN.

My other concern is with Ars Magia and its power scaling. YOU KNOW WHAT? HIRO should have shown us why not EVERYONE was affected by the spell directly. Gray and Lucy were walking around without casualty as buildings were coming apart. Heck, he should've shown us how Acno dealt with the spell.

Also, how much can Ars Magia affect? Fiore alone? Magnolia, plainly?
Furthermore, HOW MUCH MP would he still have had in the tank after consuming one ancient spell's worth of MP? Objectively, Irene's universe one was far larger in scope and done/casted with far less effort and cost. Yet, it seemed to efficiently deal with threats by somehow containing a threat for some time, somehow(acno in this case).

Has August made any of his own spells? As the mage King, surely, he must've synergized a few powerful spells. Imagine Age seal with Ars Magia. That would be SO much more efficient. Admittedly, before Mavis told us what was going on, I thought August was going to unleash super-scaled versions of Spriggan signature techniques(with this one being the MBPs of Bradman, with a twist).

NATSU would have burned the spell though. Yep, burned the heat-based spell. No doubt here.

Another thing, we never got confirmation on what the dark, reddish transformation meant. Is it the copy and nullification spell mode? Is it an Ancient spell? Is the gaining of bulk an attribute of the form? Why does his bulk shift evry chapter or so(probably just depends on the way Mashima wants to depict)?
Is he just a copy and Nullification mage? Can he IMMEDIATELY copy because of his immense MP and inherited genius intellect(Mavis AND Zeref, two of the greatest minds in FT). Does he just read the spells from somewhere and then boom, copied, or is there more to it? You know, had he been raised properly, he probablt would've surpassed both his parents.

I was very excited seeing my favorite mage finally in legitimate action. Back to being the serious, no-nonsense guy I preferred. Hiro had other plans though. He's rushing SO BADLY with these chapters. PLease, Mashima, do the loyal readers that have sat through your highs and lows a favor by pacing yourself. We DON'T have to immediately jump to the main fights. At least let us explore a few subplots, especially if they have potential. That brings me to wonder though on August's significance. He never even got the word out to ANYONE. His plot was a waste in that sense. The only people that will remember will be Cana and Gildarts. The only thing they will remember is, "WHY WAS HIS MAJESTY"S SON NOT LOVED?' They didn't even question as to Zeref having a son. Weren't they surprised? Does Gildarts even know who they're fighting against?

Sadly, Mavis will never know that August, a mage whos reputation has reached even Ishgar(Wizard saints line about him), is her son.

Imagine how ,uch potential Mashima could've squeezed out of this plotline if he chose to plotwist August into one last interaction with Mavis by cancelling the spell out instead of it conveniently killing him. Mashima wrote himself into a cormer with all these powerful mages, that is why they resort to taking themselves out. I get that August was time-pressured with acnologia arriving, and him being well outnumbered, but really, suicide spell? how about 15 melt spells instead.

I would've adored to see him interact with Mavis(I will admit, however, that the MOM scene was a tearjerker, well-played Mashima, well-played).

Mashima If you wanted August to be suicidal and a badass, then make him fight Acno, to protect his PARENTS.

Mavis: August... son... I....I...

August: It's not your fault mother. I am happy to have met you. At least once. Go. Help father save this land from the wings of darkness. I will handle him for now.

Mavis: I love you, son. *tears

August: *tears falling from his cheeks, but we see only half of his face n the panel

August: I was born with a mighty power of light. I can illuminate whatever darkness the wings shall bring forth. I am August Dragneel. The KING OF MAGES.

*encounters Acno eventually after Acno ate wendy and Erza

August: I have lived my life, Acnologia.

*Acno smirks

*battle ensues

To summarize my thoughts:

Thank you August for making this manga worth it for an FT fan like me. Who reads it for the plot.

It is disappointing knowing the character that brought you so much happiness every time they appeared in the chapter, never got to shine more or attain happiness they deserved. Sad thinking that they won't be in any further chapters. This may be one of my last reviews for the time being.

I won't forget ya August:

A toast to thee:

I'm not letting go of what I presume you to be capable of:

This manga will unfold differently in my head. Give the Spriggans some justice and much needed appreciation.

Kudos to Larcade too. I'll miss the guy. I think the August plotline was a bit forced and created on whim. Larcade being a demon is rather plain as well. At least give him a better reason for having "abnormal" MP(aside form the demon route). Perhaps, a being made of a purer substance int he hopes of making E.N.D less destructive and evil? An Angel? mashima probably ruined the character because Larcade's feats were appaling enough. So onconsistent. That;s the theme fo the fights, however. Inconsistency.

The winner of any bout, is whoever Mahima deems it to be. Whoever is necessary. Whatever is fitting. Larcade stopping Kagura's archenemy sword. Beaten by sting(funny if Mashima did this by accident after getting to into the formulaic predictable way he writes, then thinking, "oh dang," and reviving larcade only to think, "hmm. Let's give this plotline to someone cooler, Like August, but we're running low on manga effort allotment. Wrap it up boys and girls."

All the best to the upcoming chapters. Zeref and Acno fans. It's up to you now. Orgast will see you sometime soon. New signature and Avatar perhaps. Thanks for the character of August Hiro!

One more thing, I've had it with the pebble-levitating caused by the Magical pressure. It's overused and boring now. At least we got to see Gildarts struggle whilst not being handicapped for once. This brings me back to Tenrou, when his MP pressure made Natsu give up. Now, a mage exists with MP far greater than his. Perhaps the spell August was going for on to of Kardia Cathedral was Ars Magia. Similar effects are observable(although it's the same effect Mashima uses for most hyped spells).

The big brother scene was pretty unexpected, but very cool nonetheless.

Это для примера, что такое конструктивная критика.
